We provide professional concrete installation, repair, and maintenance services in Daly City, CA and surrounding areas. All services are provided based on the scope of work outlined in your service agreement or quote. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project scope changes, or unforeseen site conditions discovered during work. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with work that differs from the original quote.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, delays can occur due to weather, material availability, or other factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any changes to your project timeline.

Warranties and Guarantees

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the work area and notify us of any hazards on your property. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden installations unless you provide accurate location information before work begins.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after work has begun may be subject to charges for materials purchased and work completed. Changes to the project scope may affect pricing and timeline.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry appropriate insurance and will handle any claims related to property damage or personal injury according to our insurance coverage.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about our services, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue. If we cannot reach an agreement, any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in San Mateo County, California, rather than through litigation.

Changes to Terms
